One caveat you might need to check is the issue with SMB Signing. I
know the releases of Samba prior to 3.0 had issues with this. It can be
disabled by editing a reg key.

That should be of some help.

Hi,
Have you had a look at Samba (http://samba.org) or Sharity
(http://www.obdev.at/products/sharity/index.html)?

Hey guys
I was wondering if linux works with windows 2003 server. Basically, I
want linux machines to be able to connect to the windows server, so that
people have access to our printer (located on the server) and a portion
of our hard drive space.
thanks
