Hi!
I'm trying to install Fedora on my new Dell Inspiron 8600. Everything goes smoothy at first. When it gets to the point where it says it's copying the install image to the selected disk, the install fails, citing lack of disk space as a likely cause. This is probably bogus, sseeing as how the selected partition is about 15GB. Any guesses?

Ok, this is, in fact, related to a known issue. Booting with "linux allowcddma" (per numberous bugzilla comments) fixed the problem.

Thanks!

Proprietary software is like petrified wood. It used to be alive, but
then it was fixed in time and put in a box. GNU/Linux software, in
contrast, is alive, always changing and improving. I love that it's
more a process than a product. - Pamela Jones, Groklaw
