I have Fedora Core 1 installed. Through a NetGear Print Server, I have a old DecLaser 1152. The NetGear presents the printer as an LPD. Through normal printing through Linux things seem to work okay. I seem to run into problems when printing from a Windows machine. I use the Fedora machine as a windows print server. The problem that I am running into is that after a print job completes, two extra pages come through. One of the pages have the following on it. ERROR: timeout OFFENDING COMMAND: timeout STACK: Is there something I can do eliminate these extra pages from printing? I have the Send Form Feed and Send End of Transmission options checked off in the redhat-config-printer. But looking in the CUPS config file /etc/cups/printer.conf, it does not seem to be a parameter option. Looking in the CUPS setup (http://localhost:631) theree does enot seem to be an opteion foer form feed or end of transmission. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
