Persistent Starvation does not exist in Fedora (thanks for helping me test properly)

Well, it does work HP should update their web-site.

The OPTION to show threads in TOP is "H" 
The results are much better.  Indeed you have fixed this.
Works like a charm. 
The relation between the tasks is about 70% vs. 30%
