Cannot associate my machine with an RHN channel

Updated severn-II to severn-III  up2date register fails as 0.95 is not a valid 
OS level.  

So how to I get my machine to be associated to the rawhide channel as there 
doesn't appear to be a 0.95 Fedora channel.
