New APT Repo for Tripwire project

Add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list

# rpm <baseurl> fedora/1/i386 stable unstable testing
rpm <baseurl> fedora/1/i686 stable unstable testing
rpm-src <baseurl> fedora/1/i386 stable unstable testing
 
Currently, the only project is tripwire.
