Install fails with cpio: Bad Magic error 2 reading header

I am trying to install Fedora on a Dell GX240 @ Bios A05. I have run a
cd test with no errors. However, once I start the install (Graphic or
text) I then receive an error after the Skip CD test, The error says
"cpio: Bad Magic error 2 reading header". I also get "badaddress install
exited".
