I've found that using AutoRPM (http://www.autorpm.org/) to mirror
repositories works well. I've been keeping a local RHL 9 updates mirror
up to date using it. The only catch is that it only uses the old
up2date-style ftp repositories, rather than using yum or apt
repositories.
