I have traditionally used Gnome, but thought I'd try KDE. I love KDE! BUT ... Can I configure the quickstart applications (the icons beside the Red Hat on the toolbar). Gnome by default has a terminal session here, KDE doesn't. I'd like to add a terminal app. I've tried the Control Center, but couldn't find where to configure quickstart apps. I did find (in Control Center -> Panels) unchecked option "terminal sessions" which when checked adds "terminal Sessions" menu to the start list (with a number of different terminal programs -- Love screen -- I'm used to using screen at work on our UNIX servers). But still none are put in the quickstart list. :( I also found a "bookmarks" option here that puts bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks in the start list. Any thoughts to create a browse bookmarks app for the start bar akin to Windows Start -> Favourites -> <favourite selection> ?
