are you the man that runs the Unofficial FAQ?

I was considering writing a desktop guide - how to get extra repos, and also all the media stuff without pain.

Many seem to like installing third party RPMs without thinking and this would help stop that to a degree. Also we might suggest how to install stuff manually etc.

	lowlatency has been built into the RH kernels at least since RH9, and
maybe earlier.
