Thanks, I didn't think about creating a sym link to .2. that fixed my
problem.

There's probably a better answer, but when I hit this on test 2 I made
a symlink to libcom_err.so.2 (which I had) with that name and that
solved the problem.
i have reinstalled the openssh-server
