alert icon applet finds more updates than up2date

How is this possible?

My alert icon finds more updates than the up2date application finds.
Currently, transcode and libquicktime should be upgradable according to the
icon applet, but up2date does not find them in any of the repos in my
sources file (see below). I have to ignore these packages for the icon to
return to blue.

### Note that for apt repos, there can be multiple repo names specificed
