Title: Panel 2.4.0 floats in the center of the screen if I uncheck the expand box
My bottom panel is acting very strange. If I uncheck the Expand box in the panel properties, it will reduce in width (as expected), BUT it jumps to the center of the screen and floats there (regardless of whether its orientation is Top, Bottom, Left, or Right).
ISSUE: It floats in the center of the screen if I uncheck the expand box.
Has anyone else seen this? Can anyone else confirm my findings?
