I want a command line tool.  Maybe someone has ported bsd style
netstat to linux?.   The two columns in a netsat display that say:

 `Recv-Q Send-Q'  look like they should tell the story but nothing
shows up there.  Or at most fleetingly, with a command like:
 netstat -tc
