Large scp and ftp transfer fail under latest fedora.

Hi,

Before I performed my most recent fedora update I transfer a 5.4 GB file
to another machine.

Now I am ready to transfer it back and it is failing. Has anyone else
ran into this problem. IS there some new file transfer limit?
