32 megs? What kind of www browser was used with nt4 machine? Under linux, I'm guessing it could be possible in theory with a light window manager (like fvwm), and a graphical browser with a very small memory footprint. Sadly I think that rules out any modern mozilla, firebird, opera. etc. Maybe netscape4? Or go the text-based route with elinks?
