I'm using the IMAP server that came with Fedora Core 1... When I
installed clean, I did a "custom install"/"install everything" ... man
imapd tells me nothing I find useful other than a clue that it may have
come from Berkley and is version 4 rev. 1. (I also figured out the
version from telnet <server> 143).

Maybe the doc is hiding under a different name?
