Andy,

Have you ever heard of twins syndrome?  It's when baby twins babble to
each other.  It sounds like they're communicating.  They think they
are.  Fact is they are not saying much at all.  As a result, studies
have shown that twins score lower on intelligence tests.

I know it's simple to you.  From another perspective, it certainly does
sound simple.

For what it's worth... I got it working.
