it seems as though redhat-config-network doesn't comletely delete a device. i've been playing with trying to get wireless working. after failing at one device i would delete it and try over again. however even if i save the changes (after deleting) it would always remember the old card and assign the next try to eth2 (for example). i had the same problem in rh9.0. has anyone else had this problem? does anyone know of a fix to this? thanks, alex.
