RE: Fedora breaks dhcpd, RH9 doesn't?

dhcpd isn't kernel based. I have deployed Fedora on a number of my sites - a couple
of new sites and a couple upgraded from RH8 or RH9 and in all cased dhcpd runs fine
- either from a clean installation or from an upgrade with no changes to the config
file or leasese file and it 'just works' with no changes to pppoe which is used on
at least a couple of the machines running dhcpd with no problems. What does
/var/log/messages have to say when a machine tries and gets a lease etc.
