You might be able to modify the mkdvdiso.sh that was posted to this list
a while ago.  I have a (slightly modified) version sitting in my ~/;
I've been using it to make DVDs out of just about any RH distro I can
get my hands on and have used it to successfully install FC1, RH9 and
RHEL3.0.
