sure seems to be a lot of confusion about this. as root under 'init 3' or /etc/inittab runlevel 3 (same thing); export CC=gcc32 sh NVIDIA*.run documentation points out http://www.nvnews.net Lots of good resources and people doing the same thing on that site. -- Michael
