Then most of the time the system does nothing....
On my dual cpu, 4 GByte memory server, running vmware with 6 guests (all M$Windows), most of the time the system is between 80 and 85 % idle.... (system is roughly 10% to 15%, user is 0% to 5%)
Is this a bug?
