Yes, Fedora includes Shorewall.  RedHat 9 actually didn't, but the
Shorewall author provides RPMs.  It runs perfectly fine under Fedora, at
least with a 2.4 kernel.  Not sure if it's been tested with 2.6.

Not included, but the RPMs provided on the Webmin site also work fine in
Fedora.
