[rfc][patch] mm: madvise(WILLNEED) for anonymous memory

Hi,

Lennart asked for madvise(WILLNEED) to work on anonymous pages, he plans
to use this to pre-fault pages. He currently uses: mlock/munlock for
this purpose.
