[PATCH 22/47] Update and improve axisflashmap for CRISv32.

- Use default partition table when no partition is found (for initial tests)
- Add config ETRAX_AXISFLASHMAP_MTD0WHOLE to allow whole flash as mtd0.
- Add config for VCS simulator connection.
