[RFC PATCHv2] Unify mmap_[32|64].c

Start from mmap_32.c and add X86_64 specific function as well.

Resent without git-specific patch rename.  Also, missed the <linux/personality.h>
include in the last version, still learning git over here and generated the wrong
patch.
