[RFC: 2.6 patch] MAINTAINERS: remove the MTRR entry

I haven't seen Richard doing MTRR related work for quite some time, and 
the "X86 ARCHITECTURE" entry in MAINTAINERS already covers the 
people currently responsible for this code.
