This should simmer in -mm for a few weeks at minimum before hitting
mainline. I would cosider it 2.6.25 material.
We could use the 2.6.23 timeframe to bring up all the linker
script file to a level where adding all the KEEP's are mostly done
in the generic vmlinux.h file.
