[PATCH -mm] softlockup-improve-debug-output.patch fix

kernel/softlockup.c:125: warning: 'regs' is used uninitialized in this function

So let's fix softlockup-improve-debug-output.patch to actually work,
and do what it claimed in the changelog :-)
