The last one was filed with WIPO and has international protection, UK
included.
Nope. EU and UK law does not recognize software as patentable. See the
caselaw.
Thanks for clarifying Alan, I was uncertain about current patent laws in
the UK and abroad. I know this area has undergone considerable debate
and changes recently, and I have not been keeping up with all of it.
