[root@tarm ~]# LC_ALL=C cat /dev/snapshot
cat: /dev/snapshot: No data available

[  237.939976] swsusp: Basic memory bitmaps created
[  237.956642] swsusp: Basic memory bitmaps freed

no oops with that patch.
