Hi,

[clockevents: i386 drivers patch] introduces
  irqbalance-does-not-work-properly problem.

(The irq is not distributed to two Core
,most of the irq is distributed to CPU1)

 Mr. Thomas Gleixner,
any idea to fix this problem?
