Daniel Walker pointed out to me on IRC that CLOCKSOURCE_MASK() should
probably be used here.

.is_continuous no longer exists.
You want to use:
.flags = CLOCK_SOURCE_IS_CONTINUOUS
This holds for all the clocksources introduced.
