[SCSI] QLOGICPTI: Do not unmap DMA unless we actually mapped something.

We only map DMA when cmd->request_bufflen is non-zero for non-sg
buffers, we thus should make the same check when unmapping.

Based upon a report from Pasi Pirhonen.
