Without a MODULE_LICENSE attrib in lib/bitrev.c we get this yuckiness:
bitrev: module license 'unspecified' taints kernel.

Add MODULE_* attributes to the new bit reversal library. Most notably
MODULE_LICENSE which prevents superfluous kernel tainting.
