please move this from drivers/kvm/ to kernel/kvm/ [or even into a
toplevel kvm/ directory] - KVM is not a "driver", KVM enhances the core
Linux kernel with hypervisor functionality.
Guest paravirtualization drivers (once KVM implements them) can go into
drivers/kvm/.
