Hmmm.. The BUG indicates policy->cur i.e current frequency is 0.

In this scenario, policy->cur variable was last set inside 
acpi_cpufreq_cpu_init when cpufreq_add_dev made a call to 
cpufreq_driver->init(policy).

Are you able to reproduce this with 2.6.19-rc5-mm1? 

Because AFAICS, there ain't many changes w.r.t x86_64 acpi-cpufreq 
from 2.6.19-rc5-mm1 to 2.6.19-rc5-mm2.

I hope the name 2.6.19-rc5-'mm1'-brokencpufreq is by mistake :-)
