[PATCH 4/4] input: change to GFP_KERNEL for SERIO_REGISTER_DRIVER event allocation

This patch changes allocation from GFP_ATOMIC to GFP_KERNEL for
SERIO_REGISTER_DRIVER events to make it more robust.
