[PATCH,TRIVIAL] Fix typo in "syntax error if percpu macros are incorrectly used" patch

Trivial typo fix in the "syntax error if percpu macros are incorrectly used"
patch. I misspelled "identifier" in all places. D'Oh!

Thanks to Dirk Mueller to point this out.
