Why not s/SATA_ACPI/ACPI/ and delete the kconfig option, so this
feature gets enabled automatically when user enables ACPI?
It's a reasonable request, but I think it's better to integrate as-is,
and then delete the Kconfig option as you describe once everybody is
happy with the upstream, [hopefully-]working code.
