Re: kmalloc to kzalloc patches for drivers/atm [sane version]

Cleaned up patch, compile tested, comments incorporated.

Replaces kmalloc()s succeeded by memset (,0,) with kzalloc()/kcalloc()
in the drivers/atm directory.
