Oh.  It looks like this has already been fixed:

#ifdef CONFIG_IPV6_ROUTE_FWMARK
        if ((r->fwmark ^ fl->fl6_fwmark) & r->fwmask)
                return 0;
#endif

there's no divide in there now.
