You'll find the lspci output, dmesg, .config at
http://fdeweerdt.free.fr/drm_bug/, I mentioned it previously on the
thread, but at that time I thought it was related with drm (I must have
messed up with my bisection) so you weren't CC'd, sorry.

Anyway, the relevant line in the lspci is:
00:1e.2 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW (ICH6 Family) AC'97 Audio Controller (rev 03)
Which uses the snd_intel8x0 module.
