1. add force-feedback driver support.
2. add simple driver module refcnt support.
3. add two CONFIG_HID_SIMPLE and CONFIG_HID_SIMPLE_FF Kconfig entries.

5. replace two semaphones with mutex.

It also can apply on 2.6.17.6 and 2.6.17.8 at least.
