I got a message in my kernel logs telling me that one of my PCI busses is hidden behind a transparent bridge and to contact linux-kernel to get the problem fixed, so I am. I've attached my dmesg and lspci for both the 2.6.18-rc2 kernel giving the error and my previous 2.6.16 kernel that doesn't complain. --Thomas Tuttle
