Adds Equinox multi-port serial (SST) driver.
Part 11: new source file: drivers/char/eqnx/sst_poll.c. This driver
does not
use interrupts. Instead, the driver will periodically "poll" the boards
to
determine if any work is required. This is used to do input processing,
change of status processing, etc. Global registers indicate what, if
any,
work is required for each channel.
