kmalloc/kree, kmem_cache_(alloc|free), vmalloc/vfree etc.

Way too many #ifdefs. Instead, please make memleak_alloc() and
memleak_free() empty static inline functions for the
non-CONFIG_DEBUG_MEMLEAK case.
