The attached patch changes all the filesystems in the kernel to deal with the
change to get_sb(). In most cases the responsibility is just passed on to the
convenience functions in the core kernel. In the remaining cases,
simple_set_mnt() is now called from the filesystem and/or the appropriate
type of return value is percolated back.
