with xfsprogs 2.6.20. :)  I'm more
than happy to be proven wrong.

cbs:/usr/share/doc/xfsprogs > zcat README.quota.gz | tail -13

Things have moved on since then - a more recent xfsprogs has an xfs_quota(8) man page which will be of use to you here.
